Rated 4 out of 5 by from better than the powder? My hair feels less damaged than with the powder one, the powder one is more economical though. However, i now add coconut oil and castor oil the day after to my hair at least a night before. I used to just use coconut oil, so not sure if that's why my hair is less damaged.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Lightener With Little Damage I had shadow roots (used Wella dark ash permanent color), and wanted to go back to full platinum from root to end. I usually used Wella color charm lightener but wasn’t happy with the results from the last time I had used it. I decided to give this a try based on a couple reviews. After 2 full lightening processes I achieved very light blonde results and was very impressed. After bleaching I did 2 processes of Wella T18 toner and now am back to fully platinum hair. I was shocked at how great my hair felt, it didn’t feel overprocessed or beyond damaged. (yes there was a little damage since I was lightening from super dark) I did 2 hair masks afterwards and my hair feels just like it did prior to using. Very happy with this product and will buy again when I need to do a touch up to my roots.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Unhappy I know that normally your hair falls out when you bleach it but this stuff has my hair come out in big clumps. I will never use this brand ever again on my hair. The developer I used with this brand is what I use normally. I'm very upset. If you decide to use this product do so with caution.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Would recommend for people with Asian hair I naturally have Asian hair and I managed to go platinum in two sessions. I first started with powder bleach, unhappy how yellow/orange my hair turned out. Tried this product with 30 developer and ended up with a level 10 bleached hair. Overall I'm very happy with the results however, applying the bleach may be messy

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellence!!!! This stuff is absolutely amazing now for the people complaining about it how it damaged or dried out your hair well depending on your hair type it could do that but for the people like going from black to silver of course its going to damage your hair because your trying to achieve something that takes a lengthy time to do without fully frying your hair which is why the 2 salons you went to wouldnt touch it with anything but gloss also when trying to go from a blue black to a level 9-10 blonde im glad it lightened it that well but for leaving it on for longer then recommended time is what caused it to dry your hair out so bad id suggest if this damaged your hair beyond what seems like well take for ever to repair go back in and pick up some silk elements conditioner with jojoba oil in it for over processed hair it works like magic and after the first couple washes with it your hair will start to feel soft again and will start to feel the moisture coming back into it and start to see the difference in the dry brittleness

I have level 7 blonde hair. Pretty damaged too. I wanna lighten it one last time. What volume should I use ?? How long should I leave it on. My hair is BLEACHED to a level 7 right now. I want to use this to lighten/lift what I already have.

Asked by: Amar1223
do not use 30 vol bleach! it would be better to get 20 then check it every 5-10 minutes, do a strand test also that will be your best friend! also make sure you apply it correctly you cant just slap it on like dye!

If  I do permanent color what else do I need?  Peroxide, or?  Thank you

Asked by: Anonymous
If ur doing permanent color the only thing you will need is the dye and developer. If ur using the bright white it’s normally to bring to a bright enough base to take a bright color (Like pink or reds for example) or super dark color (like blacks and blues) now if ur going from  an 8 or 10 in blonde to a dark color like 3 or 1. Pick a medium color and then ur darkest color. So if ur going dark it’d be ur bright white with either a 10 or 20 developer (if you do a 30 or 40 ur most likely going to fry and damage ur hair) then use a toner (if ur going for a bright platinum I would suggest T18 again keep the 10 or 20 developer) then if ur going a bright fun color it’d be that dye u choose. If ur going dark pick something that’s a shade 5 or 6 like a mocha or natural brown then u will do ur 3 to 1 color over that. Don’t use a color sealer until ur very last dye or else ur hair won’t absorb the color

This cream contains bleach ?

Asked by: Pena Marlen
It does contain a bleaching agent to be able to lift levels, though it doesn’t have as strong of an overwhelming smell as some other lifting agents. It still does need a volume 20/30/40 (though there are a few more, I’d recommend to stay between the 20/30 range, as 40/50 will severely damage you’re hair if you are inexperienced and 10 might not do the lifting you want. All is based on your current level though.) to activate the level lifting properties.

I have about level 6 hair, and wish to achieve a level 9-10 blonde. My hair is pretty thick and just below my shoulders. I plan to do 2 rounds of bleaching if all turns out well, would one bottle of this lightener be enough for my hair?

Asked by: lahartss
I have the same type of hair and if it's for your whole head (not just the roots) then you might want to play it safe and get two. You'll need it in a month or so again for when you do your roots anyway.

Is this actually a bleach or does it's just lighten your hair like bleach? My mom won't let me bleach my hair, but will allow any coloring as long as I don't use bleach. But I have black hair so I need to lighten it.

Asked by: Sjihaee1
I think your mom told you that you couldn't bleach your hair because she probably knows you won't get any color to show up in black hair. But This is the safest bleach and will lighten tremendously, but if its something your mom is super against, ask her if you can just bleach the ends and use a semi or demi hair dye for color as those do not use developer and won't cause any damage to your hair. and if your mom will let you try it get ION SENSITIVE SCALP 30vol developer, ION Absolute Perfection Booster step 1, a toner, a small bottle of 10-20 vol developer of the toner, and the new color your wanting. Mix the 30 vol developer with the bleaching cream in equal parts in a lastic or glass bowl, (metal can react chemically to any hair products) after that add the entire vial of the perfection booster to the bleach and developer mix. section your hair , use a tint brush to apply, saturate EVERY hair. (Watch youtube videos, Brad Mondo is GREAT, to know exactly what i mean by section and saturate) but some tips: put all your hair /foils in a clear shower cap, not a plastic bag. Bleach DOES NOT lather, it will only bleach where you put it. If you miss a spot you will know it. If it dries out it will not process anymore, to revitalize your bleach spray just one spritiz of water, I use an old liquid setting spray bottle i filled with tap water, since the lighting process is an endothermic reaction which means it produces heat, the heat from the reaction and a spritz of water in the shower cap will make the inside of the shower cap kind of moist and will keep the bleach moist adn working, you ca even add the one spritz of water right after putting the shower cap on as a precaution. Do not go over 50 min in one sitting, check your bleach level every 10-15 min when its at your desired lightness, shampoorinse, color seal unless adding color or toner then seal after that.
