  • Vibrant, long-lasting, fade-resistant results Long-lasting, true-to-tone color Economical 1:2 mix ratio
Wella Color Charm Permanent Liquid Hair Toner with Liquidfuse Technology saturates, penetrates and fuses with the hair to deliver vibrant color that is exceptionally fade resistant. The extra mild formulation is ideal for creating delicate shades of blonde – like platinum and beige and neutralizing unwanted warmth after lightening. Great for toning pure double processed blondes.
  • Pre-lighten the hair to desired level before applying toner. Mix 1 part Wella Color Charm toning color with 2 parts 20 volume Wella Color Charm developer. Apply to towel dried hair then, develop for up to 30 minutes. Check frequently to see if desired results are achieved.
  • You can customize the toner formula by intermixing shades. For example, if you want a shade that is in between an ash tone and a warm tone, try mixing equal parts of T-18 and T-14 with equal parts of T-11 or T-35.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Tried to fix orange but no Had a mix of very light pale yellow hair highlighted by a "professional" in NY aka as the land of bad overpriced stylists. So my hair was great in back but she got to the front and total messed it up... so I got T14 because of all the reviews. All that it did was make my in between already ash hairs orange so thats the last time I use wella. I put it on a total of 3 times w 20 dev. People said it would do nothing to darker hair which is not true it made my dark hair orange thus making it worse.

I’ve used these timers before and the lightest ash one seems to make my hair look darker because it seems more gray. I want my hair just to be brighter and not gray. Which one is the best one for that?

Asked by: Cassie39
It depends on what type of hair you have, also their UNDERTONE which is why it's so difficult to find the right one. I prefer T14 tone+additive T50 (deep blue)

My hair was a bright red color, I color oops it and now its an orange brassy color. Which Wella toner is best to remove the brassiness? I am trying dye my hair to a grey/silver color after.

Asked by: mkuchaila
You need a toner with a blue base to take out the orange. Then dye it from there otherwise you will get a muddy result

Which Wella toner do you use to Gary rigged of an orange brassy color?

Asked by: Dye addict
It depends on how light you are trying to go but if you have orange hair you need a blue based toner. So any of the beige toners will counteract the orange.

My hair is more of a yellow blonde after I just lightened it, which toner will get me as close to a white blonde as possible?

Asked by: savysava
Wella t18 will give you the icy look you are going for but you hair has to be a pale yellow. Also make sure to watch the toner otherwise you will have violet hair.

I haven’t had my hair done in a couple of months so my blonde hair is yellowish what can I put on it to make it blonde again?? But not super blonde?

Asked by: Jasminedanea
Any of the cool base toners will take out yellow and if it more brassy orange than i'd use one of the beige toners. I like to mix wella t18 + t11 together and then that way i know all my hair will be toned a nice shade of blonde without any unwanted tones.

I dyed my hair w/ box color... it is an orange yellow color... lift is where I want it just want the orange gone & the yellow tones softened... I prefer a yellow over the ashy blond... should I use the wells t10 & t18 w/ a 10 volume developer??

Asked by: Jenn2414
That will work and sleep but some purple shampoo leave in hair for 15 min than deep conditioning for maintaining

I have a thick black virgin hair (Afro) and I bleached it to gold what volume of developer should I use with the T18 because that’s my choice of color

Asked by: Teekaytiger
I have thick black hair as well, I use 40 developer after bleach. Then a week later I tone it again to fix any brassiness with 20 or 30 developer and a deep conditioner.

So I dyed my hair blonde and it looks yellow. What can I doo to change the yellow.

Asked by: Bobbie20
Tone it. Use Wella color charm (toners require 20V developer). Also, you need damp hair before applying toner. I had mostly orange hair and some yellow patches, so I used T18 and I got silver blonde results.
