Rated 5 out of 5 by from Keeps my hair soft and healthy! I've been using this now for about two months every time I wash my hair. I spray in GVP's version of "It's a 10" and then run this through the bottom 8 or so inches of my hair. I LOVE this stuff. Not only does it smell great, it's such a good value for the price, helps my hair stay silky, soft and healthy. I recommend both products to all my friends. I get compliments on my hair regularly and I definitely attribute my ability to have long, healthy, colored hair to these products. Otherwise, no doubt in my mind that my hair would have more split ends, damage and be dry. Too inexpensive not to try!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this smoothing serum I used Paul Mitchel skinny serum and loved it, so I thought I would give this a try. It works and smells just like the more expensive brand. I was very impressed and will order it again.

Has any one tried this on fine frizzy hair?

Asked by: Frizzygirl
I have medium thickness hair that gets very frizzy and it works extremely well- I think it would work on fine hair too since it doesn’t weigh hair down or make it oily or greasy! It always makes my hair very soft and manageable

Genetic Soothing Serum / Paul Mitchell Super skinny. Is the Genetic Soothing Serum a leave-in conditioner?

Asked by: spazter123
I think the Genetic Soothing Serum purchased from Sally's was just as effective on my hair as Paul Mitchell Super Skinny Serum, and much less expensive. I have found several products at Sally's that work just as well as a name brand. Also if you don't like it, Sally's will take it back. How can you go wrong??

why don't you sell Paul Mitchell Super Skinny? and in a larger bottle? Also, is it a leave-in conditioner?

Asked by: spazter123
I can tell you that yes, most defiantly it's a leave in. You use so little so I guess that is why the small size. Only guessing there.

What is the scent like?

Asked by: Anonymous
It's kind of hard to describe the scent, but i would say perfume like. It's not a subtle smell, you can smell it in your hair when you use it. I love the smell personally, but if you are worried you may want to stop into a store to smell it.
