Step 1: Take a small amount of glitter primer and apply a thin and even layer to those areas
Step 2: Let it sit for a few seconds and while it's still moist, press glitter, foil, or loose pigment onto it
Remember, applying a thinner layer of primer will make the application of glitters more comfortable.
