Step 1: To apply liquid eyeliner, start with clean, dry eyes
Step 2: Shake the pen before removing the lid and draw a thin line as close to the lash line as possible, building it up gradually
Step 3: For a winged look, angle the applicator towards the end of your eyebrow and draw a line outwards, then connect it back to your lash line
Step 4: Practice makes perfect! Discontinue use if irritation occurs
