Step 1: Place the globes in the refrigerator, or in a bowl of ice water, for a minimum of 10 minutes
Step 2: Gently roll the globes over face in circular motions, starting from the center and moving outwards
Step 3: Massage for 5-10 minutes
Step 4: Rinse face with cool water
Step 5: Wash globes with soap and water after each use
Caution: Handle with care. Globes are glass and will shatter when dropped. Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature only, do not store in freezer or refrigerator.
