Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great I brought this 17 yrs ago an still have the same one still going strong. I’m a professional nail tech an the only thing I’m going to say is this Machine works how it’s suppose to you just need to have the correct drill bits so for all the bad reviews either your not sure how to use properly an not the correct bits an or they changed quality of product since I last purchased.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overpriced at Sally's Great file at an significantly increased cost compared to other retailers. I should have purchased elsewhere. Tried to cancel order but no one could figure out if my order had shipped or not and everyone said something different. I was transferred to 3 people. Don't buy it from here

What accessories is needed?

Asked by: mernandez
The only thing you will need is occasionally replace drills.....and you will need a box of the disposal sandpaper wheels.     Not the most high end but a good product

I have had one of these drills going on 9 years. I have acrylic nails and use it for shaping, filing, fills, removing gel polish etc. The handle has recently started making a screeching sound. Can the plug in handle be replaced without needing to buy the.

Asked by: Globug18
Yes, but only on the actual Medicool website. And the stupid handle is $60. Plus, $8 for shipping. Total rip off. May as well just buy the whole dang drill again. But I will say, mine lasted about 41/2 years before it crapped on me. 2/10/19

It’s hard to remove the little brown piece and it’s worn out so how can I take it off to put the replacement

Asked by: Neakbaybee
I think she means how do you remove th band from the mandrel? I finally tore mine off and am not pushing the new ones on all the way so there is something to grip.

What tools come with it

Asked by: Billiejean
I think it may have come with a E10 MANDREL, one or two SANDING BANDS, and perhaps a pretty useless random "bit". It's enough to start you off. I also bought some other bits, but I tend to only use the Mandrel and the Sanding Bands (which are available at Sally Beauty). If I were to purchase new bits, I'd buy one or two really high-quality ones in specific shapes (I didn't like the ones that I bought from Sally Beauty).
