What is it?
The perfect base coat for dip powder nails. Creates an even surface and dries without any UV or LED light.

INGREDIENTS/INGREDIENTS: ETHYL 2-CYANOACRYLATE, POLYMETHYL METHACRYLATE.
Working one finger at a time, apply a layer of Base to clean and dry nails. While the basecoat is still wet, dip nail into build powder. Apply a second layer of base coat & dip nail into colored powder. Repeat until getting your desired color.
To Use: Apply activator coat after base, builder, and color coats are applied. Work on one nail at a time for best results. Allow to fully dry before buffing and shaping.
Apply an even layer making sure to not flood the nail. Dip at an angle into the powder.
