Prep Pad: Isopropyl Alcohol, Water/Aqua/Eau
Start with clean, prepped nails and a cured gel color.
1. Apply a thin layer of no-cleanse top coat and cure.
2. use a sponge or applicator to rub chrome powder over the entire nail until it looks smooth and reflective.
3. Gently brush off extra powder with a soft brush.
4. Seal with another thin layer of No Cleanse top coat, and cure again.60 sec in LED or 2 min in UV lamp.
