Di-HEMA Trimethylhexyl Dicarbamate, Phenoxyethyl Methacrylate, Triethylene Glycol Dimethacrylate, HEMA, Hydroxycyclohexyl Phenyl Ketone, Trimethylbenzoyl Diphenylphosphine Oxide, PPG-2 Dimethicone, Violet 2 (CI 60725)
After applying the second coat of Gelish® Gel Polish and curing, apply a thin coat of Blooming Gel, do not cure. With a dotting tool or brush, apply desired colors to create the bloom effect. Cure for 30 seconds. Finish with Gelish® Top It Off Top Coat and cure for 30 seconds.
