    Please visit your nearest Sally Beauty store for a store associate to validate your professional license, business license, or student ID and set you up with a Sally Beauty Rewards account.

    The associate can then assist you in applying for the Cosmo Prof Rewards Credit Card.

    If I apply for the Cosmo Prof Rewards Credit Card through Sally Beauty and would like to start shopping at Cosmo Prof, how do I become a member?

    As a verified professional at Sally Beauty, we will get you enrolled as a professional with Cosmo Prof when you apply for the Cosmo Prof Rewards Credit Card. You will receive a 12-digit Cosmo Prof Membership Card # via email. Using your Cosmo Prof Membership Card #, register your account online at cosmoprofbeauty.com for your exclusive professional access to shop and save with Cosmo Prof.

    What's the difference between a Gold tier and Platinum tier with the Cosmo Prof Rewards Credit Card at Cosmo Prof?

    Gold tier is the entry level tier of the loyalty program for the Cosmo Prof Rewards Credit Card at Cosmo Prof.

    Cosmo Prof Rewards Credit Cardholders must spend $4,000 or more at Cosmo Prof using their Cosmo Prof Rewards Credit Card in a calendar year (January 1 – December 31) to achieve and maintain Platinum status. Once achieved, Platinum status will continue through the end of the following calendar year. If a Cosmo Prof Rewards Credit Cardholder does not spend $4,000 or more at Cosmo Prof on the Credit Card in any calendar year, the card will be designated Gold status as of the commencement of the following calendar year. Spend amount excludes tax and shipping from the spend requirement. Downgrades will be processed annually in February, and affected cardmembers will be notified prior to the effective date of their new status. Thereafter, a Cosmo Prof Rewards Credit Cardholder can again achieve Platinum status when the cardholder again spends $4,000 at Cosmo Prof on the Cosmo Prof Rewards Credit Card in a calendar year.

    Do I get the perks and benefits for the Cosmo Prof Rewards Credit Card for both Cosmo Prof and Sally Beauty, or is it just with the brand I applied under?

    As a Cosmo Prof Rewards Credit Card holder, you will receive your first purchase discount at the time & location of account opening. For all other benefits, perks and savings, you have full access to BOTH brands. That means you receive two welcome offers, two birthday offers and two anniversary offers! For all discounts and you earn where you shop.

    What's the difference between the Sally Beauty Rewards program and the Cosmo Prof Rewards Credit Card?

    The Sally Beauty Rewards program is not a credit card. It is our fee-free loyalty program that rewards you with exclusive offers and points for purchases made at Sally Beauty stores, online at SallyBeauty.com, and on the Sally Beauty App. The program is free to join!     The Cosmo Prof Rewards Credit Card is a credit card that can only be used at both Cosmo Prof and Sally Beauty. You must be over the age of 18 to apply for this card. Once you are approved, you earn an extra 2.5 Points for every dollar spent on top of what you already earn as part of the Sally Beauty Rewards program at Sally Beauty.

    Can I use my Cosmo Prof Rewards Credit Card on the same day that I apply for the card at Sally Beauty?

    Yes, if you have been approved for a credit card in a store or online, you will be able to use your newly opened account on the same transaction and receive a first purchase discount as well!

    What if I am not currently a member in the Sally Beauty Rewards program?

    If you aren't a member yet, we'll get you enrolled when you apply for the Cosmo Prof Rewards Credit Card. In addition to your new Cosmo Prof Rewards Credit Card, you will now have access to Sally Beauty Rewards, gifts, savings & more!

    Where can I use my Cosmo Prof Rewards Credit Card?

    Your Cosmo Prof Rewards Credit Card can be used in Cosmo Prof stores, at CosmoProfBeauty.com and in the Cosmo Prof app as well as at Sally Beauty stores, sallybeauty.com, and the Sally Beauty app.

    Unfortunately, the ability to add your Cosmo Prof Rewards Credit Card to your Full Service Credit Card account is currently not available.
