Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Essential Stylist Tool When I was in Beauty School, this was in my kit to use. That was almost 31 years ago and it finally gave out! I was so happy to see you had it in stock because this is one of my favorite go too tools doing especially thick coarse hair to ethnic hair. Who knew good quality still existed!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A must-have styling tool An oldie but goodie. I've used this brush since I was very young. It has helped me maintain and style my hair in both relaxed and natural state. It is very functional, easy to use, non-destructive to hair (when used properly) and helps create unique looks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great styling tool Great tool! For it to give you have to provide tension and curl at the end. Don’t worry it seems straight in the beginning but make sure to shake the hair and crunch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best $20 I have ever spent. If you are going to ignore all of the other reviews. Please make the time to read this one. I have always struggled with my thick curly hair. I have a middle eastern background, so you can just imagine how thick my hair is. I hated brushing my hair because I always felt like i ruined the curl pattern and it would not look good after I styled it. BUT AFTER I PURCHASED THIS BRUSH, I HAVE NEVER HAD THOSE FEELINGS AGAIN. THIS BRUSH IS AMAZING, SPECTACULAR, AND THE BEST $20 I HAVE EVER SPENT.Apply your leave-in conditioner/curl cream, and you have to brush your hair in small section with this brush, then curl the ends through with the brush when you brush out the sections. It distributes the product evenly and finger coils your hair, I can't describe the sorcery behind this brush, IT JUST WORKS. THE BEST BRUSH ON THE MARKET. It separates the curls, makes your ends look alive, and curls the front pieces of your hair, which I have always had trouble curling. If you are looking for a brush and debating back and forth about which one to get, please don't think about it AND RUN TO SALLY'S AND PURCHASE IT!!! YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great brush! It’s so easy to do my hair now! Hairstyling has become a breeze with this brush! It is So easy to use and style my hair now with mousse (like the OGX Coconut curls creamy mousse) or other hair products (like Cake “the curl friend” cream), or just a leave-in moisturizer. It has been particularly helpful after having a baby and with less time for drying my hair. It seems that the brush is not the same as the original one, but I think that the company just changed the way they do it. It still works for what I need it and would recommend it to anyone with wavy or curly hair.

Is this the D3 brush?

Asked by: SammiSam
Yes. I just received this brush and while the packaging for my brush is different than that pictured, it very clearly says "D3" on it.

Can you use for wraping a weave?

Asked by: ToBlessed ToBeStress
I have no idea. I use it to wrap my own natural hair. Since its a brush, I would assume so.

How do I clean my brush

Asked by: Catlove76
Soap and water. depending what you use on your hair, you may want to let the brush soak five minutes in hot soapy water, you can run your fingers between the rows, swish in the water and rinse.

Is this brush used on really curly, curly hair?

Asked by: EvelynSt
I have 2c/3a hair (so, not very curly curly) but it doesn't do a lot for me. I feel like it makes my hair stringy even after watching tons of tutorials on how to use it well! Maybe it would be better on curlier hair.

Does the Denman brush come apart to remove bristles?

Asked by: Marsha 49
Yes. The red rubber part pulls out of the black handle. Then you can spread the red rubber apart to remove each row of the white bristles.
