Pulled hair and doesn't close flatThis was recommended in the store due to my hair type. I was so disappointed in this product. It pulled my hair out and didn't close flat without squeezing directly over the plates.

HorribleThe plates don’t close flat and it pulls my hair. It also makes me hair frizzy which I’ve never had a flat iron do before. Worst flat iron I’ve tried so far.

ReturningI needed a new styling tool. My hair frizzes easily so I asked the clerk what she would recommend that wouldn't break the bank either, she recommended this. Took FOREVER to finally straighten my hair, it pulled so much hair out and it the frizz did not go away. Returning this product

Best iron/curler ever! This is the smoothest iron I have ever used! Great tool!
I bought this thinking it would be cool to do all three things with this iron. I have had it the last few weeks and still can not figure out how to curl or wave my hair. I was wondering if their were any tips out there that i could use.

Its all on how u hold the Tourmaline Ceramic Multi Styling Iron & where u start it on your hair. So if u want a tighter & longer curl, start closer to the root of hair & a small section of hair. Then instead of only turning the iron just slightly turn it over half way. When I do my daughters very long hair down to her butt once I put the small section of hair in the iron & twist it I also bring the rest of that pc of hair on the other side & wrap it once on the iron. Alls u have to do is just adjust the position of the iron & where u put it on the hair for different types of curls. This by far is the best hair styling tool I've bought.
