  • 9 ft. extra long 360° swivel power cord Adjustable heat settings Maximum curl retention Heats up to 450°F Dual Voltage

ion Titanium Platinum Pro Curling Iron provides maximum curl retention with even heat distribution. The adjustable temperature control allows for precise heat control for finer or coarser hair to avoid damage.

The ion Titanium Platinum Pro Curling iron is designed for professional stylists with a professional length extended barrel. Inside this iron are ceramic heaters that heat up to 450°F while generating instant and constant heat with no hot spots. The adjustable temperature control allows for precision heat control for finer or coarser hair to avoid damage. The auto shut-off feature turns the iron off after 60 minutes for safety. The titanium barrel and spring plate radiates Far-Infrared heat which quickly and gently curls hair from the inside of the hair shaft while preserving natural moisture and reducing heat damage.

Titanium provides maximum curl retention. In testing conducted using Titanium coatings compared to other coatings, results prove that Titanium is equal to or better than other coatings for curl retention. Titanium plating delivers amazing heat with no hot or cold spots due to unsurpassed heat distribution and high-temperature stability. The result is superior styling, curling, straightening, and flipping. Titanium plating also provides an extra hard, durable, mirror-smooth surface to eliminate pulling and give snag-free styling and is corrosion resistant to styling products.

The ion Titanium Platinum Pro Curling Iron helps you create luxurious, loose, silky smooth, long-lasting curls even on short hair. An insulated tip and thumb rest protects fingers and allows for optimum grip. 9 ft. extra long 360° swivel power cord.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Titanium curling irons Heats up quickly, and does not have to be on the hottest setting to achieve great curl. Cuts itself off if you forget to! I have purchased three sizes. Very happy with all three!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best curling iron!!! It's honestly the best curling iron I've ever used, and heats up super fast, leaves the best curls I've ever had, not to curly but not to lose and wavy about somewhere in the middle which is perfect for me because it's what I like personally. But I am sure you could do tighter curls if that's what you prefer. I love it though.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Body But Little Heavy & Release Clip Hot! This probably deserves 4.5 stars, but I couldn't give it that, so had to go down a star. because of the heavier weight and the hot release clip. It may be a that all Titanium irons are heavier overall, but this one took me several uses to get used to it. For best balance, I have to hold it at the very top end of the handle. Also the release clip could use the protective covering a little farther up the clip. The clip gets as hot as the iron and and the first few times my thumb extended past the black protective shield and it was hot - no blisters, just very red and sore for a day or so. HOWEVER, it gives my fine hair greater body with less time than my previous iron. Overall, I am very happy with it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Titanium Pro Curling Iron - lousy Titanium Pro Curling - Thumb down. This curling iron has terrible hair grip. hair is constantly sliding out before the curling is even finished causing double & triple the time to redo sections of hair.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Titanium Pro 1” Curling Iron I’ve had 3 of these. On one of them the clip broke or became weak and wouldn’t hold anymore. I still find it to be a great curling iron for the price and recommend it. I look for a sale or discount and then if it doesn’t last I don’t feel so bad. Nice heat settings and long cord with Velcro strap to wind up.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Curling iron Curling iron is real nice. But don’t like how the extra long cord keeps tangeling every time I use it.

My hair is pretty thick/ corse and I’ve been using a ceramic curling iron but my curls don’t even last all day. I herd titanium is best for people with hair like my? If so would this be the curling for me? I need high heat!

Asked by: adamsgirl
I have Thick hair and read titanium was the way to go as well. I dont know if it’s just this specific iron, but it did absolutely nothing for my hair. Set heat at 359,400, then 450 and curls still fell flat within minutes. Also, the high heat left my hair smelling horribly burnt

Yes. Lighten it as much as you can first and preserve your color with the Silver shampoo of your choice.

Can I mix this with manic panic purple hair dye to get a silver purple colour?

Asked by: Savblue78
I believe you can not. Since manic panic is a Semi-Permanent and this is a Permanent dye. You could try using Semi-Permanent black dye.

do i have to bleach my hair before using this color ?

Asked by: char char binks
I did not bleach my hair gen I used this color. I already had cool blonde color in it, but it had been growing out where I had dark brown roots at least 6 inches. It turned out great and same color all over. You'll get the same result whether dark or light colors are in your hair. Just make sure that you use a good conditioner followed by a leave-in light oil. I recommend HAIR CHEMIST Bamboo Hair Strengthening Hair Masque and their hair oil drops. Works wonders!

what are the base colors in the chrome? Others have asked and I would still like to know what the pigments are in the chrome. I can't seem to find that information anywhere...I don't want my hair to turn green! thanks in advance

Asked by: SusanIrw
It has a very blue base. We bleached to a platinum -level 10- and we had a bit of greenish tone on the hair that still had gold in it and a blue tone on the hair that was lightest. But, this tone faded pretty quick for us. If you have yellow in your hair, you should use a violet additive to offset it. We did that the second time and had no trouble with the greenish tone at all. I did see another person suggest using a violet toner before using Chrome but they may have meant for the demi permanent only. I can't say for sure on that. But really, you should lighten to a ten for the best results with the Chrome.
