Bare-zilian Hard Wax is rated 3.9 out of 5 by 11.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from "hard" wax This wax didn't meet my expectations. It tends to stay quite tacky unless you let it sit for a really long time to dry. leaves a lot of residue behind. Most likely won't buy this product again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to work with, very clean removal, effective Have tried a few different hard waxes; some other brands and another Clean + Easy. This is my favorite. It melts evenly, has a good working time for smooth removal (i.e. time before it gets too dry which would make it brittle and could cause it to flake/break off), can be applied in a thicker layer for more detailed areas or more thinly with rolled edges for larger parts, doesn't "string", has a mild clean scent, and what very little residue that might get left occasionally is easily removed. Would recommend it for someone new to home waxing or someone experienced.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love This Wax I purchased this wax recently and i'm glad that I did. It goes on smoothly and the removal is crisp and clean!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Wax I use GiGi Brazilian wax all the time. However i always miss when it goes on sale. This was a BOGO deal, so i decided to try it. The PRO's are: it is very eazy to remove, not as much residue left over. It seemed less painless than GiGi. Cons: you have to put it on pretty thick. I used a whole can for legs and bikini. It does not get all the hair, had to go over several spots again. So, its a trade off, less pain, easy removal vs. more pain and messy everywhere, but its not bad. I think i would rather get GiGi, but if its not on sale, this is my second go to.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible wax I honestly wanted to love this wax but I have to say otherwise. Application was great smooth and nontacky. Now removing the wax was just terrible. It was brittle and cracked no matter how thick or thin I applied it. I would have to go over spots over and over again to remove only a handful of hairs. Never again will I use or buy this wax again. What a bummer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Absolutely horrible I believe this is the only hard wax sold at my local Sally's. It also is the first hard wax I have ever tried. I've used it on both the underarms and the legs, and it is THE WORST! I followed the directions for heating and applying the wax, but it did not do me much good. The problem with this wax is that it has a high tendency to become brittle and break off in tiny pieces when trying to remove the strip. I suppose this could be due to a very fast drying time, but even when waxing small areas, I still experienced the same issue. Fortunately, I've found another brand of hard wax that works much better, so I will be using that instead.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great wax I use this on my face and bikini area and have always had great results. It isn't as messy as other waxes, has a pleasant smell, and removes hair effectively. I was a first time hardwax user when I first tried this product and have not tried any other.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bare for sure... After looking up reviews on which wax worked best at Sally's, I went with Clean + Easy. Also they have the best promos all the time. Bummer is, I couldn't find this wax in the stores, so had to order it online. I'm new to waxing myself so I have a learning curve. But, I've been able to successfully use this wax. It leaves behind some small traces of wax, but overall easy to remove. Removes all the hair it's applied to, exactly what we all want. Used it for my legs and bikini, no issues. Tips: Make sure you clean the skin first, apply powder or oil, then the wax in the direction of the hair growth. Wait till it hardens some and lift in the opposite direction of the hair growth. I need to pick up the cooling gel. Already have the slow grow lotion, it is helpful. Cheers to a cleaner body ladies.

Best way to remove the wax residue?

Asked by: Namber15
Wax remover works really well. You can find it in a Sally’s. I prefer clean + easy brand but they all work the same. It’s a oil base.

how does this compare to their Brazilian bikini waxing formula?

Asked by: jwal0421
Actually, I like Barezilian better. The consistency is different, it's almost like a hybrid wax because it remains pliable but still gives a good pull. Removes hair, even coarse hair.

Do you need a wax heater for this?

I'm new to home waxing and I'm just wondering if you need a wax heater for this. Thanks.
Asked by: Jessica
Yes you absolutely do. There are probably other ways of heating it (boiling water etc.) but a wax warmer is recommended for consistent temperature distribution.
