Rated 1 out of 5 by from Painful I’ve given this glue multiple tries, it gets painful once it sets on your lashes, gets crusty and is painful removing it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ardell Clear Adhesive I have been using this adhesive for my individual Ardell Long Individual lashes. It's so easy. I pour a cap full of the glue and use the pointy tweezer that comes with a "kit" (I have to find one actually)...dip the end of the flared lash in the glue, and lay it on your eyelash, helpful is a magnifying mirror. Let it dry, and try to keep the lash on your lash, not on eyelid skin. They can't be washed as you usually would , you have to avoid them when washing your face. But I take a q-tip and wet it so there is no fuzz and be sure my lashes are clean. They last for weeks. If one seems loose or you lose one during sleep, simply replace. A Tip: Learn to sleep on your back, it's better for everything!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from For semi-permanent individual lashes! After reading some reviews I had to post this.. First off, this glue is NOT for strip lashes lol. It's for applying individual lashes and it's not meant to be removed a day later. I have used this glue for my lashes for years and they will stay on for 2 weeks if properly taken care of! The trick is to wait 24 hours after applying before you wet your lashes (still not good to wet them though) and make sure you let the glue get a bit tacky before applying the lash. A lot of people left bad reviews because they didn't know what they were doing. The actual product is good and I highly recommend it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Most painful eyelash glue I’ve ever used So if your looking for some real tough eyelash glue I guess this would be for you, but I just found it so painful! From the moment I put the lashes on, the smell was chemically and really strong not like other lash glues, and my eyes burned. As soon as the glue dried down it felt so uncomfortable because the glue doesn’t get soft like other glues and gets hard so you can literally feel it every time you blink. Removing them was extremely painful, I luckily didn’t loose any eyelashes in the process but my eyelids are red and sore. I’m throwing this in the trash, and going back to my holy grail kiss adhesive with aloe in it

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst glue ever This is the worst lash glue I've ever purchased. It burns your eyes when you apply them, it dries hard and sharp, painful to wear, and it sticks to your skin and doesn't come off with makeup remover..you have to rip it off.. Eyelash glue should be flexible and comfortable this is *not*.

Is the glue waterproof? do i have to be careful when i'm showering when wearing individual lashes?

Asked by: britneyh
It’s not going to “wash off” if you get them wet, but the individual lashes will last much longer if you try not to get them wet. When I shower, I just try really hard not to get my eyes wet, and if I do either just let the lashes dry on their own, or just pat them a little if they’re really wet and need to be dried some.

How long does it last for?

Asked by: TeeTee26
Adele1718, you should definitely not apply it over eyeliner or mascara because this glue is meant to last a couple weeks, and if you apply over some kind of makeup, your eyes won’t be clean for all that time. Also, i would think if you apply over mascara, it would not last very long, which defeats the purpose of this glue. Also, you only apply to your own lashes, not your eyelid, so there’s no way to apply it over eyeliner, even if you wanted.  This glue should last about 2 weeks per application if you take care of your lashes properly.

Do you apply the lashes to your eyelid or eyelashes?

Asked by: mqgill10
Sorry, but Black Butterfly is WRONG. You should never put this type of glue (waterproof) on your lid. I’m sure it’s too late for the original poster, but I hope others will do their research.

Is this good glue for eyelashes to get wet or to even stay on for long time period?

Asked by: Lovelymuneca
It will last about a week. I think the professional glue is closer to two weeks, but your eyelashes start growing out, so you kind of want to change them out every week

Is this meant for semi-permanent lash extensions?

Asked by: suhduddood
Yes, but don't buy the clear because it tends to clump up to a yellowish color. Buy the black instead.

Is it suitable to wear in a pool? Are they good to wear for holiday ?

Asked by: Gabbby09
This glue is pretty strong if used the right way, there's a learning curve to applying the lashes right but once you do you can get them to last over a week, almost two with the right care. As long as you aren't rubbing your eyes and using any oil based products near the lashes they stay really well.
