Rated 5 out of 5 by from A good product at a reasonable price I was introduced to this product line in the summer of 2015, 5 years ago, in an emergency situation, and have been using it ever since. I in a short period of time I purchased the whole product line, day, night, eye gel etc. and saw my skin's aging process slow, and the appearance of my skin improve. I recommend this product for both women and men. My husband uses the day and night cream. After all, we all need to take care of our skin. It's an affordable product for me, where I can enjoy the benefits of the entire skin care regimen.

I generally wear a liquid foundation on my face during the day, do you think it would be more beneficial to get the night cream as opposed to the day cream?

Asked by: DarkLovely
I use the night cream at night and the day cream during the day. I only use liquid foundation on top of the day cream in problem areas as foundation can accentuate wrinkles.

what percentage is the retinol?

Asked by: kattail 61years old
I looked on both the jar and the cardboard package the product came in & there was no specification regarding the percentage of retinol. The list of ingredients indicates "Retinyl Palmitate," which I believe is the specific name of the retinol ingredient. I, too, would like to know what percentage of retinol is in the product or a comparison indicating that the amount of retinol is comparable creams containing a certain percentage of retinol.

Can I use retinol brighting when I cook or outside?

Asked by: Rima Sabira
Retinol DOES make you photosensitive, but this isn't a prescription dose.  I have not found myself to be particularly sensitive to the sun using any of this line.  When I use prescription rentin-A (tretinoin) that's a different story, but this is nowhere near the dose to affect you in the sun. I've never heard anything about cooking !!    My source for this answer is that I have been using prescription Retin-A  for about 20 years and always have to be careful with that, but this is a MUCH more mild form of the compound.  Everyone is different however, so I would definitely be careful the first time to make sure you don't have any adverse reactions to the sun while wearing it. Good luck!!

Want to know the % of retinol

Asked by: Paulova228
According to the Vendor, Retinol product is a vitamin based. Retinol Palmitate (Vitamin A) is our featured ingredient, and we also use Vitamin C and E. We do not measure by percentage but instead, we follow the package description you would find on Vitamins and measure in I.U’s (International Units). The Retinol Night Cream has 400,000 I.Us. There is a significant amount of Vitamin A in our products, which with daily use will deliver anti-aging results in the long term

should you use a day and night cream with retinol? Isn't that too harsh?

Asked by: Mellie
I use both and it does not hurt a thing on your face unless you have VERY sensitive skin. My skin is on the dry side and I am a senior. I even used some moisturizers with collagen over it. Just as long as it does not roll up. If a cream does that you put too much on or it is NOT a good product! The Retinol should soak into your skin within 30 min. or so and then you should be able to put a moisturizer and or Collagen over it.
