GLYCERIN: 25%, SODIUM CARBOXYMETHYLCELLULOSE: 5%, PURIFIED WATER: 70%
- For Cold Use: Place in freezer for a minimum of 30 minutes until desired coolness is achieved.
- For Warm Use: Place in microwave for 5 second intervals until desired warmth is achieved.
