Before putting on the durag, ensure your hair is clean and dry.
Hold the durag with the center seam facing you.
Place the center of the durag on your forehead, just above your eyebrows.
Let the two long straps hang down on either side of your head.
Gently pull the durag down over your head, making sure it covers your entire head evenly.
Ensure that the durag is snug but not too tight.
It should be comfortable to wear for an extended period.
