Pour 1 packet of Oreal Blanc into a non-metallic container. DO NOT USE LIQUID DEVELOPER
For Foil or Plastic-wrap techniques:
Mix with 1.7 to 2.5 fl. oz of 20 or 30 volume Oreor Creme Developer, depending on degree of lightness desired, until consistency is thick, smooth and creamy.
For Open Air techniques:
Mix 1.7 fl. oz of 20, 30, or 40 volume Oreor Creme developer, depending on degree of lightness desired.
Allow bleach mixture to remain on the hair until desired degree of lightness is achieved. Rinse thoroughly, making sure all bleach is removed from hair. Shampoo hair twice.
