Ingredients

WATER (AQUA, EAU), PROPYLENE GLYCOL, HYDROXYETHYLCELLULOSE, PHENOXYETHANOL, PEG-40 HYDROGENATED CASTOR OIL, ETHYLHEXYLGLYCERIN, LACTIC ACID, TETRABROMOPHENOL BLUE, SODIUM HYDROXIDE, RED 28.

How To Use

For every 1 oz. of lightener, apply 1 oz. of ion® Toning Lightener Additive with 4 oz. of 10, 20, 30, or 40 volume developer. Mix thoroughly in a non-metallic bowl. The intensity of tonal deposit increases as more toning additive is applied to the mixture. Please do a strand test prior to determine desired result.

Pro Tips

Lilac Crystal & Cool Porcelain are encouraged for those with dark bases level 3-5, while Silver Smoke & Vanilla are recommended for light bases level 6-7. Add to any lightener + developer mixture.
