Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better for your hair I tried this out today. Left it on for 20 minutes, and it bleached very well. I had pink hair on top and did a lightener, purple shampoo, water mix. Got a lot of the pink out and bleached the sides to a brass brown. Didn’t leave my hair coarse at all.

Is this better than Wella or Magic Panic and others?

Asked by: ecnrandel
I like this brand better than others I've used, including Manic Panic. It's easy to apply and always lifts my hair color to the desired level without severely damaging my hair.

After lightening my hair can I use ion semi bright color after

Asked by: Poochie81
I have normally done the opposite with good results. Overall color first then add highlights. If you do the opposite I would think you would not get the color you want

How to mix it?  but a powder mixed bag  in the bottle but now I do not understand your measuring instructions

Asked by: Claudia35
It's a 1:1.5 to 1:2 ratio...meaning if the packet is 1oz of lightener, you will need 1.5 oz to 2oz of developer to mix with it. I typically follow a 1:2 ratio for my hair as it's super thick and long. ***Please note I am not a stylist.*** I just have been doing my hair for like ever.

I have level 5-6 roots & rest of hair level 9-10. I prefer to go no higher than 30 developer. Will this lift my roots to level 9-10 in 1 processing, or will it take 2? How many minutes processing with 30 developer? Does this bleach have a built-in bonder?
