Rated 5 out of 5 by from Strengthens, proctect, and aids hair growth I am of multi ethnicity. Everyone knows the damages that hair dye can cause. I normally use a temporary color to get a hint of color with the damage that come with a permanent dye. I've learned my lesson the hard way losing alot of hair dying my hair. This was years ago. Two weeks ago I decided to be bold a use lorael hi color intense red hair dye. I searched for a good moisturizer for my hair to prevent breaking and drying out after coloring. In the past I've used ever high dollared moisturizer known to man and all I got was dry, damaged, broken hair. I was skeptical about this product. I purchased my dye and the Jamaican Black Castor Oil. After I successfully rinsed out the dye, I used a deep conditioning treatment and apply a quarter size amount of Jaimaican Black Castor Oil to my wet hair and as usual. I applied the next morning. Every morning I used it and every evening. Two weeks later I have gorgeous bright red hydrated hair with no breakage. I've also noticed 1/4" of hair growth and the two weeks I've been using it.This product is absolutely amazing. The dye that I used was a harsh dye with ammonia. I doubled the processing time. I never imagined such an inexpensive product could make such a difference in hair. I will definitely but again. Now I'm comfortable dying my hair again thanks to this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smells weird but it does work I've been natural for a couple of months now and I've been inspired to start trying hot oil treatments to make my hair stronger and longer from watching tons of youtube guru's of girls with natural hair. So I've been looking online and stumble upon this product and another one called "Jamaican Mango & Lime "Black Castor oil Original" ". I brought the OG JBCO online and the JM&L in the store and combine both of them together out of curiosity and my hair surprisingly felt super soft and I could actually see my curl pattern a lot better then previous wash & go. I'm going to continue using this product and see how well my hair takes it. So far it's going really good!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great pure oil I got this 2-3 months ago. I was looking for a oil to try on my hair. I always herd great things about Jamaican black castor oil for thickening natural hair. My 4c hair loves JBC oil. This stuff works really well. A little goes a long way with this stuff. It makes my hair soft and manageable when using it as my oil in the LOC method. Great product would recommend to anyone

I haven't tried it on my hair yet, but it does seem to make my eyebrows grow really fast. I hope this helped with your question

Did they change the ingredient content for this?? I'm almost out, and looking at my bottle, the only ingredient is "Castor oil (Ricinus communis)" What gives?
