Will this product turn my blonde daughter's hair silver? Honestly?

Asked by: Monica Kawarsky
Arctic Mist is NOT a dye. It is a diluter. You can mix the arctic mist with a darker arctic fox colour to create a custom pastel colour (or buy a pastel colour) but to get the silver dye you have to order it online.

my hair is a dark purple, i dyed it with an arctic fox dye.. can i use the diluter to make my hair a lighter purple ?

Asked by: samantha333
The diluter is more of an additive you mix into a dye for a lighter shade at the time of application. It will not lighten your hair color on its own

Do I have to use Arctic Mist to mix Arctic Fox dyes or can I just mix the dyes by themselves?

Asked by: Pinky112
The Arctic Mist is used to lighten a shade; if you don't want to lighten the shade, there's no need to use it. You can mix the dyes by themselves.

Hey if i want to get my hair to be pure white and no purple tones , would this be a good dye if not do you have any recommendations?

Asked by: Nyrobi17
This is not a dye. This is a diluter for arctic fox dyes to create pastel colours. You need to bleach your hair and then use a toner according to how your hair bleached. If it turns brassy orange or yellow you will need a purple toner to counter the balance to create a more white blonde. Please be careful using both products. Try not to use a high volume developer to reduce risk of overdamaging hair.

No. The dilutes is used to soften the brighter colors to lighter or more pastel shades. Does not bleach. Will need another product for that.

Hey! I was wondering if this product is any different than using a white conditioner. Thanks!

Asked by: claire01
Conditioner seals the cuticle, which means that the dye won’t fully penetrate your hair and you won’t get the best results with a conditioner. Diluters lighten the dye without sealing off the cuticle and allows the hair dye to penetrate deeper.
