Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing stain remover! Great product very little used to remove stains. I have used it for removal of stains on face and neck. I use red hair dye and it can be hard to remove at times but not with this product. Also good for beard dye. Smell is medium strong and does not irritate skin.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really works I decided to purchase this because the hair dye I use really stains and wow... I am so impressed. I use it with a cotton pad and it was extremely easy. SO convenient. Now I can leave my house without having to wait a few days for the stains to come off my face and neck.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Chemically burned me I bought it and I scrubbed this stubborn stain on my forehead with a cotton ball and it stung very bad and now there’s like a big scab.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from reliable color remover Removes skin stains pretty well, just make sure to catch them asap or they will leave a shadow stain on skin....but that's probably with any stain remover. this is my go-to

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Really Works Two of my former beauticians used this product and I use it now that I color my own hair. Clean touch on a towel removes most of the dark hair color off my skin. It can a bit of rubbing but it works better than any other product I've tried. I would never color my hair without this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing! This product is a lifesaver! all stains clothing and skin is cleared , also the hair. I was with a green very ugly fantasy hair , I wondered how to get out that color without bleach powder ( because my hair is really damaged now ) , so I bought this product and applied to my hair for 20 minutes and took out a large amount of color! And my hair did not experience any harm ! It's amazing! I love it!

I dyed my hair blue and it has faded to a blueish green color and was wondering if this would take the color out?

Asked by: ChloeM13
No. The color you used is classified as a semi-permanent and requires no developer to deposit it's pigment. This color works by staining the hair strand, and is designed to begin working immediately. This product is designed to remove color from the skin, not your hair. I would recommend a home remedy of mixing baking soda 10-vol creme developer, and Dawn dishwashing detergent together in a ceramic or glass bowl until it's the consistency of a thick gravy. Apply to all areas you want the color to be removed and place cellophane, or a plastic cap over your hair to incubate the formula. (for the record) I am not only a master color specialist I have a degree in chemistry from FSU. I know this application will make a wonderful difference for you, and remember this formula will work best with removing color that is in the semi-permanent family. If you ever have issues with permanent or Demi-permanent color you would take a slight different approach. I hope this reaches you having wonderful color experience

Does this get hair dye out of hair

Asked by: tudersfamily84
Actually, it is marketed to get stubborn dyes out of porous ends of hair. That being said, it may be used on the hair as a color remover.

Will this help get the dye off my scalp? I have purple dye on my scalp

Asked by: Megan1992
Yes it certainly will!  You should use it as soon as possible after you have the stain.  You only need just a little bit on a cotton swap, and scrub at the stain, works great!  This was recommend to me buy my professional hair stylist.  The bottle lasts a long time!

I somehow got hair dye splatter stain on lip. It has been months and it won't fade. Is this safe to try on lip?

Asked by: april1900
That’s not possible because your skin sheds and should have been gone by now. I think it would be wise to see a dermatologist.

does this get all hair dye colors out?

Asked by: maria518
If you mean all BRANDS of hair color, that I do not know. I do know that with truly dark tint and truly dry skin, this will only loosen some of the color. The main ingredient is rubbing alcohol, and many of my clients use those tiny alcohol pads to remove tint stain. For myself, I scrub my stains with an abrasive pad or a gritty scrub. Glycerin also helps to remove hair color stains. Good luck! Side note: If a client has used a moisturizer on her skin that contains Glycerin, and any of it got on her hair, it will completely BLOCK hair color from taking. Always wash the hair prior to color, being certain to get any moisturizer off the hairline so your tint will "take."

I have used Roux stain remover for years. It works well . I also believe in cleaning as you apply color, if a little gets some where you don't want it clean it up right away. Then once again at the shampoo bowl.

Will this remove dye from lace?

Asked by: Vennaaaa
In my experience it has removed dye from some of my clothes. Afterwords, I have noticed that the area becomes lighter. With lace being so delicate, I wouldn't recommend it.
