Rated 1 out of 5 by from Resent lack of supply with my order Half of my hair dye order was not sent. Nor did i get a call letting me know that the warehouse did not have any in stock. The two bottles of 20 developer was the supply not sent. Extremely disappointed in their lack of professionalism.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not happy with this coloring When I first used this color I actually liked it. The color was perfect! Only thing it didn't cover my Gray like i thought it should. I have dark brown hair with .... ugh....gray starting to show..... right up front. It colored them but way lighter than it was suppose to be. More redish..... I looked past that because of the way it made my hair feel. Soft, shine and very healthy looking. BUT..... in less than 2 weeks the color was gone from the grey and fading fast from the rest of. My hair. I have tried this with all diff strenghts of the developer. And same thing. I even switched shampoos and conditners. Added the color extender. Same results. I'm bummed

Rated 2 out of 5 by from WARNING So if you have resilient skin and a forgiving scalp, this dye is amazing, I was bleached to a level 8 pale yellow-gold and it brought my hair color exactly to the dark expresso brown (the darkest brown before black). HOWEVER. If you have a sensitive scalp, prone to redness, itchiness, blistering, rashing, etc. to dyeing, do NOT use this dye. My scalp, ears, and hairline are horribly chemically burnt. My bleaching process I had no issues with, but this dye irritated and damaged my skin worse than box dye. It’s been about 3 days and my ears have finally stopped leaking plasmids with the help of some gauze wrapping and medical tape. Be very careful with the dyes you use, and make sure you read other peoples reviews if you have a sensitive scalp like mine.

Will this work on box black hair? I want to mix black and blue together...

Asked by: Buggsma07
I usually use it. And you can mix colors but its going to be black with a blue tint to it. If your hair is already black then add some blue to the dye mixture is that's what you want but if you want a dark blue you would have to lighten your hair then add a very little amount of black and i mean probably a drop to the dye.

Which color would work best to cover brassy orange hair? I'm wanting a dark color I'm leaning towards black or the chocolate brown, but I'm worried with chocolate brown my hair will still be brassy. Any suggestions?

Asked by: Tizzyfizzle
mix some violet in your color formula to neutralize the brassiness. and if you ever want to go blonde again do not go any darker a level 4.

What happens if you just use the tube by itself?

Asked by: Naomi go
Among not oxidizing and not penetrating, it WILL burn. From a past experience with a different dye, NEVER put a dye that needs developer in your hair without it. Not to mention you’ll sit through the pain thinking it’s because you washed your hair recently (always make sure your hair is disgusting and greasy before you ever dye or bleach your hair), and you won’t get any color coverage. Keep your scalp safe and always ALWAYS follow the directions, if it says it needs something, it needs it, no if’s and‘s or but’s about it.

I have mixture left over from last night.  Can I use the same mixture the next day?

Asked by: pamela12
NOOOOO!!!  Once you mix the developer with the color it activates which is how it penetrates your hair shaft. It’s no longer effective after an hour (or less). Always keep color and developer separate & do not mix until you are ready to apply to hair. They each keep for a long time if not combined.
