Rated 2 out of 5 by from Product and service The hair coloe product is fine ...but for the price there is better products to use. Sally's is over priced at the land stores. Since the online opened up. Folks speak up.... I used the online purchase when the land store was closed. It took a week to get my color...wow They should have had a delivery service so they could get more customers....but they think there online is great...I like the land store over online. But I like online when products are not available in land stores. Thank you

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Always good results I've always had really good results with the Clairol Soy4Plex colors. I recently went blonder with the 12A High Lift Cool Blonde and I've noticed that it doesn't give me the brassiness that some of the other blonde colors did.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Always have my products I've always dyed my own hair, for 40 years. I used to by the boxed Clairol at Walmart or Target until one day those boxed dyes made my hair green. When green wasn't the color I wanted. I have a wonderful hair stylist that knows I like to dye my own hair and she steered me in the proper directions to buy this type of crème hair color. I've tried buying this from several different beauty supply places, but Sally's is the only one that I can consistently walk in any time of the month and buy the correct supplies I need to dye my hair. The price is fair, and I almost always find some other hair product I want to use for a fair deal too. And don't forget when they have a special giveaway if you spend a certain amount of money. Love the bags they give! Always outstanding.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love this color Really liking this color, the NN seems to be richer with less fade, even on gray roots.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great products, when you can get them! This is a great product which I combine with 7N to create the perfect hair color. Unfortunately my last order did not contain the 7N, just the 6N, so I am now int the process of trying to contact someone to help me. I just called the main number and was disconnected. I know this is a weird time with Covid, but I would like to talk to a representative to get the product that was supposed to be sent...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from What happen to the 12GN I was using the 12GN for many years. Now NO 12GN only 12G. I used this 12G (was told that it was a combination of 12G & 12GN, that it was the same). Well, it wasn't! Came out way too light and did not cover the gray areas in my hair. Looks horrible. What color should I be using?? The 12GN was perfect......What happened?

I currently use Clairol 8N permanent hair colour, want to go a shade darker....golden brown or lighter....suggestions ????

Asked by: Moochie12
Suggestions on what? You are using a neutral blonde color, should you use a golden color then you will have golden lights. Restate your question, it makes ZERO sense.

what does G stand for? what does N stand for? what does R stand for? Thank you.

Asked by: AMGramont
G is for Gold tones, R for Red tones and N is Neutral with neither red or gold tones. Double NN means there is double the neutral color (mix 1:1 with developer) for gray coverage. The double NN can leave a very flat overall color.

I have brown hair and am trying to cover grey. I ordered the 3N color. What developer do I need to mix with it.

Asked by: KAmy1993
A 10 volume developer is what you need. Level 3 is super dark. If your hair isn’t almost black then I would suggest a 4n or even 5n.

What are you looking for? Have you stripped the old color? Maybe you need a filler. I don't know with just the little info given

Is there a lighter blonde than 12 N?

Asked by: Susan Gar
I do not go that light. My hair is brown. I do use a dark blonde when coloring in the summer since my hair lightens.

what is the difference between the light rich neutral brown and light neutral brown

Asked by: Evelyn11
I use the light rich neutral blonde rather than the light neutral blonde. It covers gray hair better and I think the results are a richer, more natural color.
