Manic Panic Semi-Permanent Color Cream Virgin Snow is a violet-based toner, not a semi-permanent dye. For the whitest tint of platinum blonde, or to tone the yellow out of your hair before dyeing, our Virgin Snow™ is an absolute must-have. After applied to level 10 pre-lightened hair, the color will come out as white and unadulterated as freshly fallen snow. This vegan toner is tested on celebrities, not animals™.

Semi Permanent Cream Hair Color is rated 3.9 out of 5 by 813.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product Love this color! Plus love vampires red! I put it on and sleep thru the night with it on because it last longer. I just put on a cap.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from For blondes I only bought this product for my roots after using L’Oréal Hicolor Hilights thinking it be to bright, which this product worked fine for the job but, I don’t suggest it to brunettes or darker colored hair until bleached!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great as a semi permanent color. Works great, lasts longer with less washing and adding a small amount to your regular conditioner. Washing in cold water also prolongs color.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hydrates, works, and smells good! I've used only Manic Panic to dye my hair ever. I bought 3 colours and the Virgin Snow toner this time. So far I've only used the toner and really loved it. I mixed it with some purple shampoo because my hair was more yellow than orange (and the toner looked more blue).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it!!! Love the hair dye my daughter was very happy with the results. Definitely will be buying more in different colors!!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not impressed at all I had better results using a purple shampoo. There also isn't much product for the price. If you have very dry hair that tangles easily like mine, even before bleaching, I'd suggest trying something else first.

My hair is naturally white and I burnt using a curling iron is this product( virgin snow )  what need to get the yellow out . I use purple shampoo on my hair weekly and I don't want to do any kind of dye .

Try using blue shampoo, it should cancel out the yellow according to the color wheel. But it is a semi permanent so it will have to fade out over time if you're not wanting to color it again.

Hello my hair is kinda like a faded teal color and would like to know if the manic panic red one would dye my hair super dark red??

Asked by: Jchapa30
No, that would be a bad idea because green and red mixed make brown. And teal is a mix of green and blue. So if you add red to teal hair it will turn out muddy and just look bad. You either need to 1) let the teal fade completely 2) bleach out the teal or 3) transition with an intermediate step like teal to purple to red or teal to yellow/orange to red. I would personally prefer the third option because it will get you the fastest results with the least damage.

Does your hair have to be bleached for this to show? I have dark brown hair

Asked by: sagereads
No I’ve put manic panic blue, purple, and red over my natural brown hair and the color was darker but still vibrant, if you wanted a more vibrant/lighter color I’d suggest getting your hair bleached but you can still use it without having to do so

I’m a junior high student with dark brown hair and I was wondering if the teal color would show well on my hair.

Asked by: Addyson13
My daughter used this on her medium brown hair. It shows up well on hers.

Hi I have dark brown to pink ombre-the pink is less intense (was done end of sept) If I use hot hot pink is it likely it will be bright as It will be pink on pink. Don't have a lot of experience with vibrant colours (my cousin had done the look originally

Asked by: katp1611
I would test a small strand of hair first. If the pink isn't as vibrant as you wish then you may need to lighten ends or look into a different brand of color

I am 13 years old and wants to dye my hair from brown to blue I'm a normal person brown hair, brown eyes, junior high student, pale skin and weird in a good way my question is should I dye my hair will I be bullied for it called names because of it?

People will bully you and call you names for just about anything. The real question is do you have a strong enough character to ignore those jerks and be yourself. There will always be people who have to put others down to make themselves feel better. Are you going to let those people dictate who you are or are you going to be your own person? People who call you names for having different coloured hair are just jealous that they don't have the strength to be an individual. Plus it's a semi permanent, so if you don't like it, it will wash out in a couple weeks. :)
