Manic Panic Semi-Permanent Hair Color Cream Wildfire™ is aptly named, calling to mind the wild flames of a dangerous conflagration. Bleaching hair prior to use is recommended for the most fiery results. This vegan, semi-permanent color is tested on celebrities, not animals™.

Semi Permanent Cream Hair Color is rated 3.9 out of 5 by 780.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! Just dyed my hair using the "hot hot pink" and I love it!!! I don't understand how anyone can complain. A few tips for newbies. 1. You won't achieve vibrant color unless you bleach first. 2. Use manic panic on CLEAN dry hair. 3. Sleep in it! No kidding! I pile it on, throw on a good shower cap and sleep in it. It doesn't damage hair, but leaves it soft! 4. Always wash with sulfate free shampoo and rinse with cold water. 5. Wash your hair less! The more often you wash your hair, the more color you lose! I wash every 4 days or so.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredible stuff and long lasting! Manic panic Ultra Violet is nothing short of incredible. When used CORRECTLY, this is gorgeous and lasts a very long time. Some people don’t realize that you can’t just wash your hair with cheap shampoo and conditioner and then blame the hair dye when the awful shampoo and conditioner they’re using strips their color out of their hair. You have to wash your hair with the right stuff and with cool water. This color is very easy to maintain and not messy at all.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible This product is horrible. Stained my bathtub my towels. Color is ok but of course fades fast. Will never buy again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pleasantly Surprised I had always seen Manic Panic in the same light as Splat hair dye, although I had never used it. Little did I know this stuff is amazing. I had box black dyed hair but wanted to change up my color, so i bought some jars and two of their bleach kits. The creme color is amazing, mainly because it really does condition hair while vibrantly coloring. Plus, it didnt show up as a single red tone, the red dye has beautiful depth. Overall just make sure you take your time, know that the dye is semi PERMANENT, not temporary, GREEN dyes will STAIN your hair(its just how it goes, theyre very hard to remove), and that bleaching is nessisary with dark hair colors for a VIBRANT color. I am definetly going to be dying my hair a new color once this one fades. p.s. hasnt faded after 3 washes with the Infa Red color.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great but short lasting Works well but doesn’t last very long. After one wash it already starts fading. Even if you don’t use products and just scrub with water. It was gone after a week. But starts very vibrant

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy Application Very easy to apply. Thick enough that it doesn't run into other colors while applying.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Vampire Red and Infra Red is awesome! I have very dark brunette hair and I bleached my whole hair and then colored it with vampire red and infra red mixed and I love it!! I’ve always had a problem with getting red to show on my hair and bleaching it and using this product helped so much and it didn’t make my hair feel dry or anything.

Hi I have dark brown to pink ombre-the pink is less intense (was done end of sept) If I use hot hot pink is it likely it will be bright as It will be pink on pink. Don't have a lot of experience with vibrant colours (my cousin had done the look originally

Asked by: katp1611
I would test a small strand of hair first. If the pink isn't as vibrant as you wish then you may need to lighten ends or look into a different brand of color

I am 13 years old and wants to dye my hair from brown to blue I'm a normal person brown hair, brown eyes, junior high student, pale skin and weird in a good way my question is should I dye my hair will I be bullied for it called names because of it?

People will bully you and call you names for just about anything. The real question is do you have a strong enough character to ignore those jerks and be yourself. There will always be people who have to put others down to make themselves feel better. Are you going to let those people dictate who you are or are you going to be your own person? People who call you names for having different coloured hair are just jealous that they don't have the strength to be an individual. Plus it's a semi permanent, so if you don't like it, it will wash out in a couple weeks. :)

I have medium Brown hair. I know I'll have to bleach it to get a good color I want. If I bleach with the 30 volume bleach once and it turns yellowy will I need to tone it before dying it atomic turquoise?(it's my first time doing anything to my hair)

Asked by: Asteria33
Yes. It will be best to tone your hair before you dye it first.

Will this work on a beard I have gray hair in my beard and I want to do dark brown with a blue goatee

Asked by: Don21121
Yes it will .I would pre lighten the hair you intend to dye blue to a level ten blonde before applying . Ion has and ammonia-free bleach that is scalp safe that I would suggest using since it is on facial hair. And because you do have gray hair I would suggest leaving it on for 1 to 2 hours instead of the standard 30 minutes that it suggests. Make sure to wash it with color safe shampoo and cold water for longer-lasting results.

I’m going to dye my hair pastel pink pretty soon. My hair is medium blonde with some yellow tones. When the Cotton Candy Pink dye fades, does it turn peach? I want to know if I should add purple to balance the yellow tones.

Asked by: Macy2304
I think it may go peachy but since it isn’t permanent you should try it and when you decide to top up your color make color adjustments then just so you don’t make it the wrong color on the first try. Hope this helps. I did mine pastel pink ombré with hot pink and purple at the ends but my hair a was bleached so I didn’t run into that.

I had blonde hair and decided to dye it a burgundy red with the box hair dye however only my roots kept the color, the blonde faded quick. I want a nice darkish red, not too bright. What shade should I use? And does this brand fade too quick?

Asked by: Ariadne13
I would recommend mixing the colour Vampire Red with some Purple Haze to make a custom shade of burgundy red. With regards to fading, I find that it varies a lot based on the porosity of your hair, the base colour of your hair, what shampoo you use, how often you wash your hair, if you wash your hair in cold or hot water, if you go swimming, etc, etc, etc. I've had some dye jobs fade in 3 weeks and some that have lasted the better part of 3 months. Hope that helps!

my hair is dark brown and very thin i want it blue so that you will be able to notice but not sky blue and i just want the ends will this blue product work pretty well even if i dont bleach it

Asked by: Bayan123
I've tried the Manic Panic Electric Blue on unbleached brunette hair (mine is fine textured but very thick aka a LOT of hair) and it gave my hair very vivid highlights. If all you want are the ends to be blue, I'd either strip the hair first, or get a professional to do the job for you.
