Rated 4 out of 5 by from Its Ok its a nice shade of blue but it always faded slightly green. it is better than other blues out there but once it completely faded, that green undertone would stain my hair.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Will never go back to how dyes I bought virgin pink and purple rain about two months ago. I did the pink and purple ombre which I absolutely loved and I don't even like pink much. The pink faded very quickly. (I have a tendency to wash my hair everyday so that didn't help the situation) the purple stayed well. I was able to do two ombres and then I got frustrated with the pink so I used the rest of the purple and pink mixed with conditioner to make sure it covered my head. (I literally cut the bottle and got every drop out) That lasted much longer. I won't go back to box dyes. Especially splat. One, I'm not trying to melt my hair and two they aren't good at all. I loved how this brand didn't damage my hair at all. If you have dark hair I recommend lightening it a lot. I did a couple sessions of baking soda and peroxide. Making a paste out of it and letting it sit for about 30 minutes with heat to activate. I know I'll be using more color soon! I'm in the process of trying to go light blonde so I can change my hair as often as I like! I'm so excited about that. I also recommend, if you find a great color you love and you don't want it to fade, make some over tone. Mix condtioner with your color. When you wash your hair. Condition with your over tone, do your normal shower routine. Technically this brand you don't have to mix with conditioner. But it would save more product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great color I’ve had the color in my hair 2+ weeks (have washed my hair at least 6 times) and the color is still vibrant. It does stain a little, but I think that’s common with blue shades.. overall really nice. I have phantom green and aquamarine, the aqua has stained/ stayed a lot better.

My hair is black how can I get it this color

Asked by: Atrevida
You’d need to bleach it. Most likely a few times. Make sure you wait between each bleaching session or you’ll fry your hair.

Do these come with the developer or is it just the dye

Asked by: Martin20
Developer is NOT used with AF. It's semi-permanent, meaning it's designed to be temporary and will fade over time. It's used by itself and was not made to be mixed with developer. Permanent hair color is mixed with developer. Two different kinds of hair color are Permanent and Semi-permanent; one is used with developer and one is not.

Finally got the OK to do fun colors on my hair for my job. Looking to do a more vivid red or a purple do I have to bleach my hair? I currently dye it intense red blonde and my natural hair color is a  level 6 or 7 with lot of gray

Asked by: Alisha73
My hair is naturally level 4-5, with this dye I get deep but vivid jewel tones. You could bleach it to get a brighter color, but it depends on the effect you want. You could always try it without bleaching first and see how you like it. Hope this helps!!

Hi, I’d like ask when I apply and wash it up, how is it going with color/water? Will it color everything around? Thank you!

Asked by: lmichella
You might want to scrub down your shower or sink afterwards. Depending on the color it will leave a bit of a hue. Over time it will fade but I suggest washing it off ASAP (like a magic eraser or something).

I really want to try out the Phantom Green hair dye for once and I’m seeing some mixed reviews between the product and color being great and sticking well, while some others are saying it won’t stick to their hair. I wanna know if this green is worth it?

Asked by: demonpuppi
Hey! This is a great question. I’ve had great results with all the colors for arctic fox— however, even if you have the BEST of the best, sometimes how it will stick to your hair depends on your hair itself. It’s porosity, health, and how you treat it can highly affect how long it sticks and if at all.  I honestly think the bet here is worth it. Also, obviously doing research in how best to dye your hair type. If anything, doing a strand test is always an option (also recommended )
