Rated 5 out of 5 by from GIVE IT A TRY I DON'T FEEL THAT THIS WAS NECESSARY, JUST BECAUSE THE COLOR AND LIGHTENER I USED BY THE SAME BRAND WORKED AMAZING, BUT IT'S DEFINITELY SOMETHING I WOULDN'T MIND TRYING AGAIN ON MY NEXT HAIR ADVENTURE.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worked For Me My hair stylist kept telling me she could not get my to a cool blonde. After hundreds of dollars spent; plus quarantine, I decided to tone on my own. I wish there was a place to put my bedore after pics. Read the mixing directions though! its a 1:1 not a 1:2! this makes a huge different! Strand test was blue because I didn’t do the correct mixing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly what i pictured! I purchased cool ivory for myself that gives a pretty blonde without the white platinum look. I also bought the snow cap for my daughter who loves the platinum. Both worked great, as expected. Will continue to purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Lavender is a Great Shade for Ashy Blonde I loved the results with the lavender shade! Gave me a bright, ashy blonde on my previously bleached highlights. Overall, gave a nice beige color on my natural dirty blonde.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never for items Items never delivered - can't review but be careful ordering from Sally . They send things in multiple shipments which is ok but often dont send all items and will never answer their phone or respond to an email so haven't gotten my money back. I suggest you Google reviews of Sally and you will see this is a common problem

I'm trying to go from light/medium brown to a "dirty" or medium blonde I have bleached my hair but which toner should I use the bleach has made some orange tone in my hair will this work? Or should i just go over it with a medium blonde dye?

Asked by: Salynn25

I bought the icy white toner and when it showed up the bottle says it’s hair color. I know toner and hair color are different and just want to make sure I received the correct thing.

Asked by: SabLamb1
The tube, inside the box, is labeled hair color. I'm guessing they use the same tube for all dye and toner, during production. I always double check the stamp, near the cap of tube, to ensure I have recieved the correct item.

I had a balayage done in December with red and had it toned once again with red, since I’m practicing social distancing the red has faded and now my hair has a copper/orange-ish color and I’m curious if any of these products will help cover up the orange

Asked by: bella71_
You would be better off using a blue or purple stain added to your shampoo to tone down the orange. The bright whites will melt your hair by the time you get to the color your looking for if your not careful. The reds and oranges really stay in your hair.

Do this help bring out the original grey in hair

Asked by: Woodard57
I normally use toners after coloring blonde to keep the color from becoming brassy. It worked well, but didn't stay on as long as my usual toner (Wella). Since it is a toner, I think it should work on natural gray to keep it from becoming dull. Lately, I've been using color-depositing conditioner to maintain color (ash blonde/gray) and blend in roots.

I have salt and pepper  hair it’s dyed to dark blonde but turned red from the sun. I want my hair platinum or arctic white color. What Toner should I use. I am buying Loreal blue powder to bleach it. Help.

Asked by: Suzieq2020
I’ve gotten to platinum white from a pale yellow with the icy white toner. If your hair is dark blonde you’ll likely need to bleach again before toning.

I wanna get the red out but I want white which one should I use

Try to buy Color Oops, Extra Strength preferably..before bleaching again. It is not damaging like bleach and will remove all semi and permanent dye. You can tone or dye your hair right after use without worry of your hair falling out or feeling like hay.

I have a "money piece" in the front of that is almost white, and I need to do a touch up soon. My roots are a dark brown and I am wondering which volume of developer I should use and what color should it be mixed with. Thank you,

Asked by: Kathyrem
Toner should be mixed with 10 or 20 developer depending if you need to lift lightness level. I’d suggest 20 developer to lighten 1-2 shades. Make sure whatever you’re trying to turn this color is pre-lightened.

My daughter had her hair bleached and it’s very yellow... she wants an ashy blonde. What toner/developer should she use?

Asked by: Morgan68
It depends on how ashy she wants it. I used to use Wella Ivory Lady. Some people would mix Ivory lady with White lady but I never tried. I recently bought pale platinum with a brass kicker. My hair had white roots and orange/yellow body this time of bleaching. the mixer made it more light platinum gray not white. I only left it on for like 5 or so minutes because it was burning my scalp plus I was scared it get too dark. After it dried it is too dark for me because I was going to dye it purple but I know it will fade in time. It looks like I dyed my hair gray if she wants that then try that one. Just google Wella Ash timers so she can see what she likes.  Just remember the color is not going to look like the models it might be a little darker.
