Step 1
Apply Nail Lacquer base coat.
Step 2
Apply 2 coats of Princesses Rule, allow to dry.
Step 3
Apply a red shade to the torn makeup sponge and blot onto the nail from the free edge towards the cuticle. Heavier at the tip and lighter as you go up the nail. Allow to dry.
Step 4
Apply Alpine Snow by placing a small amount on a palette, plastic lid or plastic bag. Using the dotting tool make small hearts and dots. Allow to dry.
Step 5
Apply Nail Lacquer Top Coat to your finished design.
