  • 100% Pure Gel Technology cures under UV / LED light in 30 secs Base coat and gel color in one formula Polish lasts chip-free for 10 days
China Glaze Gelaze is an innovative 100% gel polish that includes the base coat in the gel polish. Simply apply gel polish and top coat, cure and you're set. Express yourself with your favorite hues to match your every style and mood. You'll feel confident knowing your China Glaze Gelaze high-shine gel manicure will remain chip-free for up to two weeks.
  • Polish:

    1. Apply a thin coat of China Glaze Gelaze polish color to each nail bed and free edge on all four fingers on one hand. NOTE: gel polish will remain tacky even after curing process and until nails have been cleaned. Apply in the center of the nail, starting at the cuticle moving to the edge of the nail. Cap the free edge for longer wear. If gel polish touches the cuticle, remove prior to curing by using the edge of the cuticle pusher.

    2. Cure all four finger nails for 30 seconds in an LED lamp.

    3. Repeat the process on the other hand and for thumb application.

    4. Repeat steps 1-3 for a second coat. NOTE: First color coat may be semi-sheer.

    Top Coat:

    1. Apply a thin layer of China Glaze Gelaze top coat to each nail bed and free edge on all four fingers on one hand. NOTE: Top Coat will remain tacky even after curing process and until nails have been cleaned. NOTE: Apply in the center of the nail, starting at the cuticle moving to the edge of the nail. Cap the free edge for longer wear. If Gel Top Coat touches the cuticle, remove prior to curing by using the edge of the cuticle pusher.

    2. Cure all four finger nails for 30 seconds in an LED lamp.

    3. Repeat the process on the other hand and for thumb application.

    4. Proceed to Cleanse Step to remove tacky residue for a shiny finish.

    Cleanse:

    1. Saturate a nail wipe with Gel Cleanser.

    2. With light pressure swipe the nail wipe over the nail to remove tacky gel surface. IMPORTANT: Use the clean side of nail wipe for each nail to prevent dulling of the Gel Top Coat.

    Removal:

Using a nail file, gently file the surface of gel nail to break the seal and remove shine. Saturate pad on Gel Remover Foil Wrap with Gel Remover. Place saturated pad on top of gel nail. Wrap foil around the finger and secure. Allow to penetrate for 10 minutes. Use a cuticle pusher to gently loosen and remove gel. If necessary, buff off remaining gel with buffing block.

  • If a large amount of Gel Polish remains on the nail, rewrap the nail and allow Gel Remover to penetrate for a few more minutes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing I bought 4 colours in store and put them on top of false nails and I, in love, it cured in 30 seconds under my LED light and it hasn’t chipped at all yet! Also love that I don’t need to use a basecoat. I got the casual Friday’s one on now and chalk it up and they were full coverage in 3 thin coats!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst product I have ever used I bought this for $12 and some change and it is absolutely terrible. Put 3-4 coats on and still no color. And $12 for a nail polish are you kidding me. The smell is also horrendous.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great results in half the time After having ENDLESS problems with my gelish polish I decided to look around and the two step process of this polish immediately intrigued me. I was wary that it would work but I’ve never been so happy to be wrong. It was so easy, the polish is easier to control than other brands and the result is exactly what I wanted.

Do you have to get the same color with the but one get one free

Asked by: Hairspray lover
No, you can mix and match colors as long as they are part of the B1G1 promotion. Also to receive the buy 1 get 1 free promotion you must add both products to your cart and then the cart will auto adjust to reflect one as free.

Do u have a bright pink neon or neon orange in China glaze

Asked by: Ducy1234
My all-time fav China Glaze color is Pool Party. I checked Gelaze options & it appears they do offer this gel version in Pool Party, at least here on site! The ‘preview’ image here online really doesn’t do it justice - assuming Gelaze matches standard polish version, it’s actually a really fun, bright, neon hot pink. It’s the best hot pink I’ve found, out of lots of brands. Highly recommend!! Side note/bonus: if/when bottle gets really old (maybe what’d be considered expired?) the polish looks more neon orange than pink. So possibly everything you’re looking for :)

How long to dry? I’ve your uv lamp and glaze polish and it’s just not drying

Asked by: Marcy Bonifas
My lamp is LED lamp. Are you using all the steps of the line of polish? I would suggest looking up a You Tube video of how to do & what steps. I use a PH Bond after filing and washing nails. Which does not go under light. Then I use Foundation Polish for 30 seconds, then a coat of color for 30 seconds, another coat of color for 30 seconds, then the top coat for 30 seconds. Then they are tacky...you have to either buy the product they offer or I use rubbing alcohol & swab the top of each nail. It eliminates the tacky and the polish is hardened and ready to go! I use all 'Gelish' products. Tried others but theirs works best for me. Lasts 7-14 days.

Does a gel base coat need to be applied first ? Or can I use any kind of Base nailpolish?

Asked by: Mprice01
No base coat required on these, but you will benefit from swabbing your nails with acetone or polish remover to remove oils and improve staying power.
