  • Brilliantly intense hair color No ammonia or peroxide Formulated in Italy Ready to use
ion Color Brilliance™ Semi-Permanent Brights are hi-fashion hair color shades designed to give vivid, boldly intense results. In 20 to 40 minutes ion Color Brilliance™ Brights deposits color on pre-bleached natural or color treated hair. ion Color Brilliance™ Brights can be applied to pre-lightened hair and natural or colored hair.
  • ion Color Brilliance Semi-Permanent Brights Hair Color can be applied two different ways.

    1. For the most vibrant result apply to pre-lightened hair. Pre-lighten with Ion Color Brilliance Ammonia Free Powder Lightener (not included) to the desired level of lift. It is important to note that the degree of lift achieved with pre-lightening will directly affect the vibrancy and intensity of the final result. Underlying exposed contributing pigment must be taken into consideration. If the hair is orange or a dark yellow this will contribute to the final color.

To achieve a boldly intense brights color, pre-lighten to the level indicated in the table below for each specific color. After pre-lightening, shampoo with ion Color Defense Shampoo. Dry the hair. Apply chosen brights shade directly on dry hair and process for 20 to 40 minutes depending on the level of color intensity desired. Strand test every 5-10 minutes. Heat is not necessary for processing if the hair has been pre-lightened. After processing, thoroughly rinse and apply ion® Color Brilliance After Color Treatment to close the cuticle and lock the color deep inside the hair.

    2. Color shine overlays on natural or color treated hair. Apply brights directly onto natural or color treated dry hair and process for 20 to 40 minutes. For more intense vibrant results, cover the hair with a processing cap and process with heat. Strand test every 5-10 minutes.

After processing is completed, thoroughly rinse and apply ion Color Brilliance After Color Treatment to close the cuticle and lock color deep inside the hair.

  • ion Color Brilliance Semi-Permanent Brights Hair Color are non-oxidative dyes that can be extremely long lasting and may become permanent. Apply to dry, pre-lighten hair.

Should removal be necessary from hair, it is important to know that lightener may not completely remove Brights from hair. ion Color Corrector is not recommended for removal of Brights. It is designed for permanent and Demi-Permanent color removal.

Always read the product packaging and inserts for complete directions, instructions, and warnings, and make sure to perform both the strand test and the patch test before applying your color.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Color Ever This is the best color I have ever used. I have dark brown hair and I don’t lift my color. I use the Radiant Orchid weekly and after a few months, my hair is bright purple! I get compliments almost everywhere I go! A really great product that doesn’t damage my hair at all.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Didn't work I put this product on my daughters hair last night. She was so excited! When we rinsed it, all of the color came right now! What a waste of money.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from BEWARE: Different Colors Don't Take the Same I bought the Titanium, Lavender, and Shark Blue to do an ombre. Before applying, I made sure to bleach my hair and even left the color on a bit longer than normal. While the Lavender and Shark Blue took great, the Titanium was a HUGE bust. The Titanium was such a failure that I now have to go back to Sally to try to find a darker color to fix this mess.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fabulous shade! It does tend to bleed color when shampooing! But the color is so Vibrant and beautiful it’s worth the Frequent colorings I have to do

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Literally took the color out of my hair. I tried to use the road quartz mixed with some conditioner to keep it kinda pinky, without redyeing it super often. Turns out that after and hour on my head, it just took out the fading pink I had left. Is there a developer you need to mix in to get it working correctly, because there is no directions for use on the outside of the box.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Wasn't impressed Its a ok product....wasn't the really the color I was expecting. It also did not last as long as I was expecting. Ive used Artic Fox colors and I believe that's a better product for my hair in my opinion.

Can I save the unused portion of the tube for semi permanent dye for the next treatment since it doesn't contain a developer?

Asked by: Moonshine22
Yea you can! Sense it’s a non oxidative colour you can put it in an air right container and keep it for your next use. If air gets to it then it will thicken and dry out over time

Can i use volume 30 with this product

Asked by: Moonlite
These are direct semi-permanent dyes, so developer isn't needed. Just have to put them straight onto your hair. You will need to bleach to get vibrant colors though.

My hair is currently a honey blonde shade (used to be dyed espresso brown from overtone conditioner) and I want to dye it azure. Will it show up as green or do I need to let it fade out more?

Asked by: TiredOfPinkHair
It is more than likely to have a greenish tint I would let it fade out or use a color remover.
